Root + Spoon offers bespoke services creating a personalized experience. We plan the menu to accommodate all dietary needs and preferences, leaving everyone satisfied. We will create a one of a kind event so that you can enjoy your guests with less stress before the party and eliminate the cleanup. We cater a variety of events and celebrations.

Private Dinners

You can hire a chef for a private dinner party or special event in the Grand Cayman area.

This service includes menu design & planning, shopping for ingredients, meal preparation at your home, presentation of each course to your guests, and packaging leftovers and cleanup. We offer wine pairing and craft cocktail additions.

Our pricing is all inclusive at $125 per guest for a 3-course meal, with an 4 guest minimum. We can add additional courses for $25 per course per guest.

We make our bitters, tonics, tinctures, and infusions made to order and in-house.

Is your upcoming retreat looking for a plant-based chef specializing in nutritional and healing whole foods. We can include fermented foods, medicinal teas, plant infusions, decoctions, vinegar tinctures. or any speciality health items.

We create the menu, shop, prep and can even include the retreats gatherers, 

Seasonal, local, and organic ingredients from area farms when available.
